Meta lead forms
Submitted at nine at night, followed up at nine in the morning
Facebook and Instagram lead form submissions arrive in Falconzo as leads, with an owner, a source and whatever first steps you decide should happen without waiting for a person.

Why lead ads go cold
The advert works. What happens in the twelve hours afterwards is usually where the money goes.
Lead forms are easy to fill in precisely because they ask for almost nothing. Somebody taps twice while watching television, then carries on with their evening and forgets they did it.
On the business side, those submissions often sit in an adverts tool until somebody exports them. By the time the call is made, the person has spoken to two competitors or has no memory of asking.
Falconzo closes that gap. The submission becomes a lead in the CRM straight away, and the first steps you would want somebody to take can happen without a person being awake to take them.
What lead forms in Falconzo give you
The enquiry, the ownership and the follow-up, in the place your team already works.
Submissions arrive as leads
A Facebook or Instagram lead form submission becomes a lead in Falconzo, with the name, email, phone and company the person entered.
Nothing to download
The enquiry comes to the place your team already works instead of waiting in an adverts tool for somebody to remember to export it.
A form submission can start a workflow
Submitting a lead form is one of the events an automation can run on, so the first steps happen without anyone watching for them.
Owner, status and source from the start
Every lead has somebody responsible for it, a status from New through to Converted, and a source that says where it came from.
First contact while they still remember
A call-back task with today's date means the enquiry is on somebody's list in the morning, not found in a spreadsheet next week.
Convert in one step
When a lead is real, converting it can create the contact, the company and the deal together, so the pipeline reflects what the advert produced.
What happens the moment somebody submits
A trigger and the steps that follow it, set up once and left to run.
When this happens
A Facebook or Instagram lead form is submitted
Someone taps your advert, the form opens with their details already filled in, and they send it.
Then
A lead is created in Falconzo
Name, email, phone and company name as they entered them, with the source recorded.
Then
The lead is given an owner
The enquiry belongs to a named person from the first minute rather than to the team in general.
Then
A call-back task is scheduled
A task with a due date, so the follow-up is on a list somebody actually looks at.
One roof assessment, from advert to deal
The whole journey of a single submission, with nothing skipped.
Connect the Page and the Instagram account
You connect them through the provider's own authorisation screen, once. The adverts you run and the forms you have already built stay exactly as they are.
Run the campaign you were going to run anyway
Take a solar panel installer as the example. The advert offers a free roof assessment, and the form asks for a name, a phone number, an email address and the town.
Somebody fills the form in at nine in the evening
Their details are already stored by the platform, so it takes two taps. This is the moment the enquiry is worth the most and the moment a business is least likely to be watching.
The lead is waiting in Falconzo, not in an adverts tool
A lead appears with what they typed and the source recorded, so nobody has to export a file, open a spreadsheet or copy anything across.
A workflow does the obvious first steps
An automation runs on the submission: it sets the owner to the surveyor covering that area and creates a call-back task due first thing tomorrow. None of that waits for a person to be at a desk.
The owner makes contact in the morning
They call, and follow up with an email sent from Falconzo. Because the lead holds that email address, the thread is linked to the lead automatically, so the quote and the reply sit on the enquiry.
The status keeps up with reality
New becomes Contacted after the call and Qualified once the roof assessment is booked. If the roof is wrong for panels, the status becomes Unqualified, which is a result worth recording rather than a lead worth deleting.
Convert it when it is real
Converting creates the contact, the company where there is one, and the deal, in a single step. The advert that ran on Tuesday is now a deal with a value, a stage and an expected close date.
What arrives
A lead you can work, not a row you have to tidy
The lead carries what the person entered: name, email address, phone number and the company name where the form asked for one, along with the source that tells you where it came from.
From there it behaves like every other lead in Falconzo. It has an owner, a status, tags, notes, tasks and custom fields, and it appears in the same saved views as the enquiries that arrive by phone or email.
People submit the same form twice, on two devices, a week apart. Duplicate detection flags it and the merge screen lets you resolve it deliberately, so one person does not become two records and get called twice.
- Name, email, phone and company name, as entered
- Owner, status, source, tags, notes, tasks and custom fields
- Duplicate detection with a merge screen when the same person submits twice

What you end up with
Every submission is somebody's job before anybody has read it, and the first call happens while the person still remembers filling the form in.
You also get an honest account of what the advertising produced. Because the source is on the lead and the status is kept up to date, you can see how many enquiries came in, how many were qualified and how many turned into deals, rather than judging a campaign on a feeling.
