About Falconzo
A CRM built around the way small teams actually work
Falconzo exists because customer records and customer conversations were never meant to live in two separate places.

The problem we set out to solve
Most small businesses do not have a CRM problem. They have a two-systems problem.
Ask a small team where the truth about a customer lives and the honest answer is usually a mailbox. The quote, the objection, the promised delivery date and the reason the last order went wrong are all in email, filed by date, visible to one person.
A traditional CRM asks that team to write all of it down a second time. That works for a fortnight. Then a busy week arrives, the logging stops, and the CRM becomes a list of names that nobody trusts enough to use for anything important.
Falconzo takes the opposite approach. Connect the mailbox you already use and the conversations attach themselves to the right contacts, companies and deals. The record stays current because keeping it current is not a separate job.
The same reasoning extends to messaging. Customers ask questions on WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram, and a record that ignores those threads is only half a record. Falconzo brings them into the same place so the team can see the whole relationship.
What we believe
These are the decisions that shaped the product, and the ones we would defend in a meeting.
The CRM and the mailbox belong together
Almost everything worth recording about a customer arrives as a message. Keeping the record in one tool and the conversation in another guarantees that one of them is out of date.
A wrong link is worse than no link
Falconzo links a conversation automatically only when one CRM record matches the address exactly. Everything else is a suggestion for a person to confirm, because a quiet mistake is hard to notice and harder to undo.
Personal mail stays personal
A mailbox connection starts private and visible only to the person who made it. Sharing an address with the team is a deliberate decision, not the default.
Built for small teams
The product is shaped for a handful of people who all do several jobs, not for a department with an administrator whose full-time role is keeping the CRM tidy.
Changes should be traceable
Records are edited by people under time pressure. An audit log and per-field history mean you can see who changed what and when, rather than arguing about it later.
Your data should be easy to take back
Records can be imported and exported as CSV. A tool that makes leaving difficult is relying on something other than being useful.
The principle we argue about most
Being cautious about matching is a feature, not a limitation
It would be easy to link more conversations automatically. Match on a web domain, guess at a similar name, attach the thread and show an impressive number of linked emails on day one.
We do not do that, because a wrong link is silent. Nobody notices that a supplier's email was filed against a customer until somebody reads the record and draws the wrong conclusion from it. By then the record has been wrong for months and no one knows which parts to trust.
So Falconzo links automatically only on a single exact address match. Company matches by web domain alone are always suggestions. Anything ambiguous waits in a review list, where confirming or dismissing it takes a couple of seconds and leaves the record correct.
- One exact address match is linked for you
- Ambiguous matches are suggestions, never automatic
- You can mark a thread as not CRM-related and stop that address being suggested again
- A link that turns out to be wrong can be removed from the record

What we are not going to tell you
Marketing pages are easy to fill with numbers. We would rather leave the gaps visible.
You will not find customer counts, logos, testimonials or awards on this site, because we are not going to publish figures we cannot stand behind. You will not find certification badges either. If a claim is not something the product demonstrably does, it does not go on the page.
Where something genuinely has not been decided yet, such as the amounts on the pricing page, it appears as a visible placeholder rather than a confident sentence that happens to be untrue. What we can describe honestly about how the product handles your data is on the security page.
